At Kinovo, we have set ambitious sustainability goals. We are committed to achieving Net Zero by 2040 and are continuously improving our operations to reduce our environmental impact. Our Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) strategy is integrated into every aspect of our business, ensuring that we operate in an ethical and responsible manner. 
 
Our ESG practices are fully transparent, measurable and accountable against Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). These include targets around emissions, waste recycling, and social value creation, which are reviewed regularly by our ESG Committee.

Leadership and Governance

Our governance structure ensures that we are accountable and focused on delivering value to our stakeholders. Led by our Non-Executive Chair, Sangita Shah, the ESG Committee plays a vital role in driving our strategy forward, with members including Lee Venables (Chief Operating Officer) and Kim Wright (Non-Exec).
