Women In Housing Awards – Manchester

Women In Housing Awards – Manchester

Last night we celebrated with colleagues and friends at the Inside Housing Manchester Women In Housing Awards. What a fantastic evening and so good to see women firmly in the spotlight.

Congratulations to all the winners!

Although we didn’t scoop the top place, we’re still so proud that we reached the finals for Kinovo as Employer of the Year and Pippa Pang for Woman of the Year.

Being shortlisted and recognised alongside some fantastic businesses and individuals was a massive endorsement of everything we do throughout the Group to ensure we’re a truly outstanding workplace for women in the sector.

We’re so proud to have been recognised as finalists for the environment we’ve created, where women can truly thrive, providing the support, recognition, and advancement opportunities that make us a truly outstanding workplace for women working in housing sector.

And well done to our very own Pippa Pang, Social Value and Marketing Manager for being recognised as a finalist in Woman of the Year 2025

Pippa Pang epitomises an ambassador for women in housing. Her commitment extends beyond her professional role through her active involvement as London Board Member with WISH (Women in Social Housing).

David Bullen, CEO of Kinovo captures Pippa’s organisational impact perfectly: “Pippa has created a spider’s web, bringing all of us together. Integrity and ethics are part of her authentic self, and this integrity contributes to the spider’s web of relationships that she has created. I have confidence in her commitment to positively influence that spider’s web to improve the cohesive and collaborative culture in the group.”

The awards celebrate the leaders, innovators and changemakers across the sector, championing the successes of women and shining a light on the incredible work carried out by teams and individuals in the past 12 months.

A massive collective WELL DONE to the Kinovo team and everyone who works so hard day in day out to ensure that women have a workplace in which they can thrive.

A huge ’individual WELL DONE to Pippa Pang for flying the flag for women throughout the social housing sector.
