We recently helped out at the Peabody Food Hub at Darwin Court. We work closely with the food bank and are always so pleased to hear about all the great things Eleni Kandylaki and the team are doing to make a positive impact on the community.
The food hub offers a safe and welcoming space where residents can seek support and be signposted to further services available from Peabody. Alongside helping residents with weekly essentials, Darwin Court also now runs the Baby Bank, helping families with nappies, food and clothes, for children of various ages.
We’re also really exciting that we’re supporting Peabody to create another food back in Havering. Well done to the team for all your hard work in helping build this new facility and extending support to even more communities!
It warms our hearts visiting and seeing the huge impact it makes on residents and we couldn’t be prouder at Purdy to support such an amazing cause!
